Do You Have a Problem? How Big is Your Problem?

Dear Friends,

Most of us have some kind of problem; some more stressful and impactful than others. However, the greatest problem is when you are only 47 years old, and are told by your doctor, that you have only 3 to 6 months to live.

Learn, and be inspired by this Wall Street Journal's video clip on Dr. Randy Pausch, the man in such a situation. It is a true story, and Dr. Pausch still does not know when he will die, as his tumor is still growing, but he looks more fit than most of us, and lives life better than most of us.

Perhaps the right question we need to ask ourselves is not whether we have a problem, but ....

"How do we want to live our life ahead of us?"

Best wishes,

Ooi

How the Sub-Prime Works in Real Life

Dear Friends,

If you still don't understand what happened on Sub-Prime, or don't believe everything's that's being said, here is a video clip from Wall Street Journal that should explain it all.

It shows a shack in Arizona where the owners were loaned US$103,000, and this loan was subsequently packaged as Triple AAA i.e. top investment grade bond.

As the saying goes, "Seeing is Believing", and after this video, "You'd Better Believe it!"

Somewhere along the way, it stings of fraud, so why isn't anyone in jail for this?

Best wishes,

Ooi
